 Our process begins with a backpack vacuum and a soft head attachment to remove all soil, dust and foreign debris from the surface to be cleaned.

 Our next step involves applying a safe, high ph cleaner to the tile and grout and allowing ample dwell time to emulsify and suspend soils.

 After ample dwell time the tile and grout are scrubber with a heavy weighted machine outfitted with a brush head specifically designed for tile and grout surfaces.

After scrubbing the tile and grout thoroughly, we then use high pressure from our truck-mount to flush and remove all suspended matter from the surface with tools that are designed for this purpose.

Detailing around the edges and then another rinse to insure that no residue is left behind.
